Our Properties
Beautifully presented and fully equipped to suit all guests, this stunning one bedroom regency apartment is located in the popular northern suburb of Cheltenham, Pittville.
The property boasts an impressively designed, cosy reception room with feature fireplace, high ceilings and sash windows overlooking the tree-lined green of Clarence Square, furnished with a stylish and comfortable sofa bed and armchair to seat up to 4 guests, a flat screen TV with streaming services, and dining for 4. There is a generous bedroom hosting a Superking bed with Simba mattress and Panda pillows, blackout blinds and curtains, a dressing table come workstation and a fitted wardrobe. The property also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and modern shower room with a large walk in shower and a washing machine tucked away in the entrance hall cupboard.
The Penthouse claims the entire top floor of this splendid grade II listed building situated in the picturesque Clarence Square, with treetop views of a beautiful green area and surrounded by a border of other beautiful regency homes. The apartment is just a stone's throw away from an abundance of local amenities and a short walk away from the vibrant town centre of Cheltenham, with the added benefit of on-street resident permit parking to leave your car.

Montpellier Courtyard is a hidden gem in the heart of Montpellier and truly has it all - central, cosy, modern, stylish, 2 bedrooms, a fantastic outdoor courtyard and private off road parking.
Montpellier Courtyard has a private entrance on Montpellier Retreat (behind Montpellier Villas). There is a private parking space right outside the property and then you go down the steps into the lovely Courtyard which is decorated with plants, solar lights and outdoor seating so you can enjoy summer evenings.
You enter the property firstly into the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. You then go through to the cosy living / dining room which comprises a large corner sofa, comfy armchair, flat screen TV for Netflix and streaming services plus a dining table to seat up to 4 guests.
Off the main living area is a large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, dressing table come work station and a wardrobe for storage. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be zipped into a superking bed upon request. There is also a stylish clothes rail and dressing table.
The fresh and modern shower room with an extra large walk in shower enclosure completes the accommodation.
Montpellier Courtard is tucked away behind a lane with private off road parking, yet is just a stone's throw away from bars, restaurants and coffee shops, plus the famous Montpellier Gardens which is host to many of Cheltenhams festivals and events. You can be sure that everything you need is within close reach of this apartment.
You have access to the entire 2 bed apartment, courtyard and parking space.
Quaint and Quirky St James Lodge is tucked away in the very centre of Cheltenham, just off the High Street, offering a modern and stylish one bedroom apartment on the door step of all the high street amenities.
Combining property charm and character with exquisite interior design, this 'upside down' apartment is fully equipped to suit all guests, whether visiting for business or Cheltenham's abundance of tourist attractions and festivals.
Out Serviced Ltd is proud to present Hermitage Cottage. A cosy townhouse located just off the vibrant and famous Bath Road.
The property comprises a living area looking out on to a small enclosed courtyard with seating area, a kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed, a double bedroom and a small single room.
Parking is free 'on street' parking on Hermitage Street or surrounding roads. There is also a pay and display car park on Bath Terrace.
Hermitage Cottage was originally a 2 bed house but we have created a 3rd bedroom on the ground floor.
You enter the property via the front door into the 3rd bedroom (which was formally the lounge). There is a luxurious kingsize bed, blinds and a wall hanger for clothes to make a cosy bedroom.
Next to the bedroom is a fully equipped kitchen/ diner with everything you need for cooking and a 4 seater dining table.
At the back of the house is a beautifully decorated and homely living area featuring a skylight. There is on a comfy corner sofa and armchair, a smart TV and large bifold doors looking out on to the little gravelled courtyard seating area.
Heading upstairs you will find a double bedroom with blinds, a dressing table and a wall hanger for your clothes. Nextdoor to the double bedroom is a single bedroom with a dressing table / workstation.
The upstairs of the property is completed with a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
